We are pleased to announce an exhibition by Yoshimitsu Ishihara, a ceramic artist based in Miyawaka, Fukuoka Prefecture. After graduating from the sculpture department at university, he continued his studies at graduate school. Later, he returned to Nogata and started to learn pottery from his father, who is a ceramic artist. He put his heart and soul into soil, from collecting materials locally to shaping clay. Therefore, his works feature a sophisticated design and give you a nice warm feeling inside. We are looking forward to your visit.
